At Schadeautos.nl, our core mission lies in giving damaged vehicles a second life. We do this in an economically and ecologically responsible way. We facilitate a platform where users (buyers) can easily connect with certified dealers (sellers/dealers) throughout Europe. Our aim is to play a key role in the circular economy by transforming damaged vehicles and dismantled cars into valuable resources for repair and reuse.

Our ambition is to give any vehicle with (minor) damage, in need of a repair or in need of a 'new' part, a new chance. Dismantled cars (vehicles declared technically totaled) are an essential source of parts for these repairs and replacements. By actively contributing to the circular economy, we aim to significantly increase our influence and contribution in this sector with the aim of giving it the attention it deserves.

With over 25 years of experience and a supply mainly from the Netherlands and Belgium, we see growing demand from all over Europe. Our future vision is to expand our services to more international dealers, while maintaining our strict selection criteria. Our specialism enables us to play a larger and more responsible role in supporting insurers in managing their claims streams.

Reliability, customer focus, quality and sustainability are the cornerstones of our business philosophy. We only work with reputable companies that meet our high standards. We know each of our customers personally and we enforce a strict policy whereby companies that do not meet our standards are not admitted or are removed from our site. This self-regulatory approach ensures that everyone is aware of our high quality standards.

Our collaborations with only certified partners (advertisers/dealers) affiliated to various independent industry organisations, such as STIBA, VSV, VBV and ARN, reinforce our vision and quality assurance. These organisations provide essential knowledge and support to the companies, which contributes to the overall quality and reliability of the supply on the platform.

Our contribution to the environment is significant. We ensure that vehicles with (minor) damage can safely return to the road and, in cooperation with our customers, offer used car parts from damaged cars. This not only helps reduce repair costs, but also avoids the CO2 emissions associated with the production of new parts.

Unlike other sites where anyone can advertise second-hand offerings, we put two things first: (1) the quality of the seller and (2) the safety of the buyer/end user. Violators of our rules are permanently excluded from putting products on our platform. We carry out thorough checks, including desk research, background checks and personal company visits.
